How downloads work
You get your ebooks by email, right after you pay.
After you pay
We send an email with a download link for every ebook in your order, usually within a minute. Each link gives you both the PDF and the EPUB file.
If the email doesn't arrive
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it still isn't there after 15 minutes, contact us with the email address you used at checkout and we'll resend your links.
Downloading again later
Your links stay active for 30 days and work up to 5 times. If they expire, send us your order number and we'll send new ones.
Reading on your devices
Every ebook comes in two formats, so it works almost anywhere.
PDF
Keeps the exact page layout. Best for laptops, tablets and printing. Open it with any PDF reader or your web browser.
EPUB
Text adjusts to your screen size, so it's best for phones and e-readers. On iPhone and iPad, open it in Apple Books. On Android, use Google Play Books or any EPUB reader app.
Kindle
Send the EPUB file to your Kindle with Amazon's Send to Kindle service, and it appears in your Kindle library.
FAQ
Do I get a printed book?
No. Everything we sell is digital. You download the files and read them on your devices, or print them for your own use.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards and PayPal. Payments are handled by our payment provider, so we never see or store your card details.
Can I buy an ebook as a gift?
Yes. Enter the recipient's email address at checkout and the download links will go straight to them.
Can I share the ebook with friends?
Each purchase is for one person. You can read it on all your own devices, but please don't share the files. See License and use.
Can I get a refund?
If a file is broken, missing or not what was described, yes. See the Refund policy for details.
Are prices in US dollars?
Yes. Your bank may convert the price to your local currency at its own exchange rate.

Our products
Redeemly sells digital ebooks and guides. Nothing is shipped. You receive download links by email after your payment is confirmed.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and include any fees we charge. Payment is taken in full at checkout through our payment provider.
Using what you buy
When you buy an ebook you get a personal license to read it, described in License and use. You don't get ownership of the content or the right to redistribute it.
Accounts and email
Please give an email address you can access. We aren't responsible for links sent to an address that was entered incorrectly, but we'll help you if you contact us.
Content accuracy
Our guides are for general information. They are not professional financial, legal or business advice, and results depend on your own situation.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version shown on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

What we collect
When you order, we collect your email address and the details of your order. If you contact us, we also keep your name and message.
Payment details
Payments are processed by our payment provider. We never receive or store your full card number.
How we use it
We use your information to deliver your ebooks, help with support requests and keep records required by law. We don't sell your information.
Emails
We send order and download emails. We only send news or offers if you agree to them, and you can unsubscribe anytime.
Cookies and storage
The site stores your cart in your browser so it's still there when you come back. You can clear it by clearing your browser data.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Contact us to make a request.
Refund policy

Because ebooks are delivered instantly and can't be returned, we handle refunds case by case. You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase if:
- your download links never arrived and we couldn't resend them,
- a file is broken or won't open and we couldn't send a working copy, or
- the ebook is clearly different from its description on our site.
If you bought the same ebook twice by mistake, we'll refund the duplicate.
How to ask for a refund
Contact us with your order number and a short description of the problem. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Your legal rights
This policy doesn't take away any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
License and use

When you buy an ebook from Redeemly, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it.
You can
- read it on all of your own devices,
- print it for your own use, and
- quote short passages with credit to Redeemly.
You can't
- share, upload or send the files to other people,
- resell the ebook or include it in another product, or
- remove the author or Redeemly name from the files.
